Our services are of course completely confidential. Relate works in accordance with the BACP Framework for Good Practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy and therefore regard confidentiality as an obligation.
We will provide you with anonymous statistics so that you know how the service is being used, but personal details will never be shared, so there will be nothing to identify employees who use the services.
